9am - 6pm Tuesday to Saturdays
10am - 4pm on Sundays
November to March
Monday Closed
9am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturdays
10am - 4pm on Sundays
Open Bank Holidays between 10am - 4pm.
We are open six days a week, all year round except Christmas Day & Boxing Day. During Christmas, our opening hours may vary.

FAQs
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, we allow well behaved dogs but they must be kept on a lead. There’s treats at the pay desk and water around the nursery.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards, contactless payments, chip & pin, digital wallet services (e.g., Apple Pay), and Nepeta England gift cards.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the store and outdoor areas.
Where are your restrooms located?
We currently do not have restrooms but this will be coming in 2025.
Do you have electric car charging points?
At present, we do not offer electric car charging facilities.
